'Capturing A Moment'

Foxy Films creates photography and videography works striving for excellence and grace, not perfection because the world as we know is not perfect. Instead of dwelling on the negative thought, Foxy Films shares its perspective in an authentically alternative angle in a creative way.

It's simple to pick up a camera and call yourself a photographer, but what is that you have to offer? What story are you trying to tell? are you creating art? how do you wish to inspire others?

As a visual communicator I have a pulse for life to capture emotional moments in time and that every work be imbued with what is, what has been, and what will be, thus, touching the souls of many through the eye of my lens using a variety of cameras including film, polaroids, drones, and digital that display my authentic vision without altering the honesty of the captured image.

When you become a photographer you visualise the world around like you are the camera you see through. I think of my works as paintings; your camera and lenses are your tools, the light is your paint, the film is your canvas, and you, you are the artist. To see pictures so that your vision convinces is the more difficult and more important achievement. A photographic image creates a story that was never intended to be told. Call it a poetic moment in which "as if" creates new life.

Föxy Films looks past the naked eye, out of the box, beyond the reef... Instead of looking at the big picture, imagine you can see every detail, crack, line, texture, and light that influences the image then let it inspire your vision to create the story you desire.

Artists are not like athletes. Sport is objective, our craft is subjective. Creating to be 'the best' or 'better' than anyone is a waste of energy. Instead, create to share your world, to connect with the people who need you, they are out there. Create in your way, because there is no right way. Take the pressure off and focus on your unique voice. Your Magic'.
